Mini road trip and tournament in St. George

The boys had a softball tournament in St.George this weekend so Haley and I decided to go down a day earlier and hit Vegas solo with no hubby's or kids! It was so much fun and much needed. The weather for the most part was so nice except for Friday nights game which was so COLD.
The boys did really good up until Saturdays mid day game. We new we were in for it when the other team showed up with there own personalized bat bags, weight equipment, and head coach. I'm not sure but I think they may have even had a sports medicine DR. on hand! It was a great weekend and I cant wait to get back.

After the loss...

See how cute and innocent they look?!? The next picture was just moments after when they thought I was not looking..yeah that is Dakoda throwing a ball at Gage cause he had had it with him. Yeah not so cute!

Tutu had sooo much FUN! As long as you are not trying to keep her detained and she is free to go where she wants!

And of course LOTS and LOTS of swimming

On the way home we went through Mountain Meadows it was really cool to see.

And last but not least...I am for sure not a candy person but when Easter rolls around I eat one too many of these. The mini cadbury caramel eggs are DELICIOUS!
Gage and I definitely had our share of them this weekend I finally had to get rid of them!

Summer...

Ummmmm can someone tell me where July has gone? I can not believe that it is half over! School will be here before we know it. We have been going, going, going all summer long. And as for myself I have started to run the canyon. I meet my girls at the canyon bright and early and we run. If you know me I have always said that I am not a runner. I think I have surprised myself. I look so forward to Mondays to see them and start our week off.

Next off Swim lessons are finally over! I think they have paid off for sure! It is so nice to go to the pool and not have to watch them like a hawk. I feel for the most part they can go and swim which means I can relax a little myself. NICE...

A few pics at the pool..

Dakoda watches his brothers do all the big boy stuff and wants to do it to. He has begged me to go off the rope swing and I kept telling him no its to deep (9ft) and your still to little. With tears in his eyes he said" I know I can do it". I finally caved in and let him. I thought he would panic so I stayed right by the side in case I had to jump in. Needless to say he did it and every time we go he has to do it!

My boys love it when the little ones come! They love to help!!!

Lots of fun with family and friends!
